County of Alameda – Eastmont Properties Company (EPC) has completed over 250,000 square feet of purpose built space for 5 separate County organizations. In order to deliver this highly designed space, EPC worked very closely with County project mangers, group leaders and supervisors. Without the joint efforts of EPC and the County of Alameda, the projects would not have received both the vital input to turn requirements into built facilities and the necessary funding to bring the vision into reality.

City of Oakland – In addition to development projects such as the Eastmont Police Precinct and a Branch of the Oakland Public Library, EPC has also received critical redevelopment funding from the City. The funding has been used to rebuild project infrastructure to allow for adaptive reuse.

VIA, City of San Antonio, San Antonio Conservation Society – In its first project outside of California, Eastmont Properties Company has partnered with San Antonio agencies to restore historically significant buildings that are part of a vital transit hub.
